KMP Honda Racing Team shines at ADAC MX Masters Finale in Holzgerlingen – Podium for Jordi Tixier and Michael Spacek Special Award

Holzgerlingen, September 15, 2025 – The KMP Honda Racing Team wrapped up the ADAC MX Masters season finale in Holzgerlingen with strong performances, exciting races, and valuable experiences.

Jordi Tixier once again delivered a highlight: with a moto win and another podium finish, the Frenchman confirmed his top form. “Another podium, plus a moto win – overall a great weekend. Of course, a few mistakes in the last moto cost us some points, but I’m happy with my speed and the way the weekend went. Thanks to the whole team, our sponsors, helpers, and the entire KMP family – you guys rock!”, Tixier summed up.

In addition to his sporting success, Tixier was honored with the Michael Spacek Special Award at the finale. This award was established by Stanislav Spacek, owner of the company GoldFren, in memory of his late son. It recognizes individuals for extraordinary commitment, outstanding character, or exceptional contributions to fair play. Jordi Tixier received the award for his relentless determination, fighting spirit, and his inspiring comeback this summer after suffering a severe vertebra injury – another testament to his “never give up” mentality.

Jakub Teresak fought strongly on a track that is not among his favorites: after finishing 9th and 5th in the first two motos, he had to settle for 12th in the final race after a crash. This left him 7th overall for the weekend and 9th in the championship standings. “It wasn’t my favorite track, but in the end it went pretty well. Big thanks to the whole team, our sponsors, and my mechanic,” said Teresak.

Victor Alonso had to deal with both hands injured from a training crash before the weekend. Despite giving his best, he was unable to finish the event successfully. “Probably my toughest weekend so far. I tried everything, but the injury and a bad qualifying made it almost impossible. Now it’s time to heal up and get ready for next year.”

Manuel Carreras ended his season on a positive note, finishing 8th overall in Holzgerlingen. “Finally a good weekend! I felt strong all the way through, even if a few mistakes cost me better results. But I’m super happy and grateful – the team has been like a second family to me. I hope to be back next year!”

Pasquale di Monaco also showed promise at the finale. After finishing 6th in the first moto (which unfortunately was stopped early and not counted), suspension issues and two crashes prevented a better result in moto two. “Too bad about the second race, but overall it was a great weekend with the team. I’m really looking forward to next season.”

Marius Adomaitis collected valuable experience and solid results in Holzgerlingen. “Qualifying was my personal best of the season, but I made things difficult with crashes in the races. The last moto was better – I had a good start and stayed in the top 15 throughout. The season could’ve gone better since I crashed in almost every race, but it was a good learning experience. Thanks so much to the team for the support!”

At the end of the season, Team Manager Alexander Karg drew a positive conclusion:

“Holzgerlingen was a very intense finale for our team. We had podiums, moto wins, but also setbacks. We are especially proud of Jordi, who not only delivered great results on the track but was also honored with the Michael Spacek Special Award for his fighting spirit and attitude. Every single rider gave it their all until the very end. I’m proud of the whole team – riders, mechanics, helpers, and everyone working behind the scenes. A big thank you to our sponsors and partners who made this season possible. Now we’re looking ahead with motivation and excitement to 2026.”
