PRESS RELEASE RD 5 SPANISH ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

Last weekend, the Spanish Enduro Championship took us to La Torre de Orista (Barcelona, Spain.

, final round where the contenders for the title of each category will be decided.

The FANTIC ENDURO ACADEMY SPAIN arrived at the last event leading the Junior 125 2T category with Alfredo Pellicer, who after two long days racing in the dust took the champhionship for the Italian brand the first year after move from KTM .

It was a weekend marked by dust, the organization of the race was at top level during all the weekend considering the hard  hot weather and also the specials test were destroyed.

Alfredo Pellicer, on Saturday went out with extra motivation and despite having to open the race in a disadvantageous terrain, was able to finish a great race from start to finish taking the P2.

Sunday with more calm, with a margin of 11 points over the second classified, we managed the race until the end, finishing P3 which was valid to get the title of Champion of Spain Junior 125 2T.

Javier Barcena, the Cantabrian rider who this season has had an incredible evolution, arrived second in the last round of the championship. After fighting all weekend with Marc Truyols, the championship would go to the latter, finishing runner-up in the Spanish Junior TN category.

David Riera, who would return to the team to compete in this last round after a long season out of the races due to injury, finished Saturday P5 in E1 very weakened after a hard fall.

Sunday decided to retire after 1 lap due to a crash of the day befero considering that he can do nothing for the championship .

The team direction want to tank everyone involved in our project and now it’s time to focus for next 2024 season.
